During high traffic, items can be taken out of your cart at checkout. Oversells do happen and refunds may have to be given if an item becomes unavailable during the checkout process.

Returns are easy, please email us for approval at info@caspbaby.com. Return unworn and unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee) or a full shop credit. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Receipt or order number must be provided. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return after we receive it. No returns on holiday items after said holiday. All sale or discounted items and swimwear are FINAL SALE. We cannot guarantee a size exchange due to limited quantities, please contact us for exchanges at info@caspbaby.com. We do not pay for or provide shipping labels for returns. All cancelled orders that meet qualifications for a refund and have not shipped, will be refunded minus a10% restocking fee.

We do not offer price adjustments after an item has been ordered. Pre-order items are non-refundable. Pre-sale orders may be exchanged. Exchanges on pre-sale items are accepted if they are returned to us within 14 days from the day they are received.

We suggest that you purchase Route shipping protection option to insure your package in the event of it being damaged, lost or stolen. This option is available once you enter the cart page. We do not refund or replace items that are lost or destroyed in transit.

Sale shoes will ship without the box.

All PRE-SALE and PRE-ORDER orders that include in stock items will be held until the entire order can be fulfilled. If you would like to receive in stock items immediately, please order separately from Pre-Sale Items. Down Payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. You will receive a Paypal invoice for the balance of your order the week before shipping. International shipping charges on this site do not include customs and duty fees that are set and required by the destination country.
